Overview
Broncoway is a group of companies, committed to serving businesses worldwide in need of outsourcing and offshore development that seek to enhance business performance and profitability. We started our operations back in 2002 in Armenia and expanded through a network of representatives and channel partners in the North America (US, Canada), EU (France, UK), CIS (Russia, Ukraine) and South Asia (India).

Business Approach
Services provided by the Portfolio Companies are based on the following business models:
- Co-Sourcing - a unique outsourcing model for IT product development. Our value-added services for Co-sourcing include Project Management, Systems Design and Specification Building.
- Offshore (Near-shore) Team Extensions (OTE) - a way of extending clients’ own turn-key skillful team at offshore site that allows selective control and ownership of a variety of resources and processes. Our value-added services for OTE include office setup, logistics, staff recruitment, training and management.

People
The company is run by young and innovative managers with extensive experience and a proven track record of information technology consulting and marketing bringing together a unique blend of complementary skills and expertise and forming a robust, multifunctional team. At a strategic level, our senior management is supported by an Advisory Board made up of senior managers, entrepreneurs and investment consultants from technology clusters in Silicon Valley and Boston. Broncoway benefits to a large extent from their ongoing support, networks, strategic advice and mentorship.
Affiliations
- Armenian High Tech Council of America, Inc. (AHTCA, also known as Armentech): Broncoway serves as the in-country partner and provides local support for Armentech projects.
- SAP: Broncoway acts as partner in Armenia promoting the following SAP services: SAP software licenses, consulting services (SAP software implementation), Maintenance of implemented system and Training services.
- EIF (Enterprise Incubator Fund project of the World Bank and the Government of Armenia): Broncoway is strongly supported by EIF particularly within the framework of EIF’s Armenian European and Canadian IT Industry Promotion Initiatives.
- EBRD Business Advisory Services Program: Broncoway is qualified (in 2004) by the EBRD BAS Program to provide consultancy services on IT solutions to SMEs in Armenia
- Canadian GeoProject Center: Broncoway has aligned itself with and serves as the country and regional partner of the Canadian GeoProject Center, the leading Canadian Geomatics organization representing about 100 Canadian GIS and Remote Sensing companies, to jointly pursue Geomatics business in Armenia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
Corporate social responsibility
At Broncoway we recognize that corporate citizenship is an integral part of our business. With our activities we aim to contribute to the development and well being of the society through adhering to high ethical standards in working in harmony with our clients, employees and the broader public.
As a part of our CSR, Broncoway joined the UN Global Compact Armenia Network in July, 2006 supporting the principles of the Global Compact in respect of human and labor rights, the protection of environment and anti-corruption with intent to support and advance those principles within the sphere of its influence.
Broncoway’s ongoing CSR actions are the Conservation of Armenian Prehistoric Rock-Art (World's cultural heritage) and Mapping Armenian Deforestation (with the use of modern geospatial technologies to visualize the problem and contribute to the fight against depletion of this natural resource).
